Terms and Conditions:
By accepting this product and/or signing this, you agree that you are in possession
of the product and agree to the following terms:
-You will not use the product if you are pregnant or nursing until you have consulted
with your dentist & will use the trays for the sole purpose of whitening your teeth.
-You will consult with your dentist prior to use so he/she can consult you on how and
if to use the product.
-You will consult with your dentist if you experience any problems
-You don't have loose crowns or periodontal problem, or decayed teeth.
-You Acknowledge that this will not whiten dental work.
-The initial payment of item is non-refundable. All three payments are non
refundable, however, Pro Snore will re-fabricate an ill fitted mouthpiece at no extra
charge to the customer.
-You are not allergic to sodium fluoride, carbamide peroxide, glycerin, glycerin,
carbome, sodium hydroxide, flavor, hydrogen peroxide, ammonium, hydroxide, and
silicone.
-Pro Snore only guarantees that which is in writing (no implied guarantees) and
does not guarantee against tooth sensitivity, nor against tray that don't fit due to a
bad impression nor against failure of the post office.
-Customer agrees that the total liability is limited to the amount of the product.
